Specialization in Historical Property Analysis SC Planners has extensive experience in resolving historical land issues involving Certificates of Compliance, Patent Grants, and Lot Legality. To date, SC Planners has successfully recorded over 25 Certificates of Compliance for new parcels in the Santa Monica Mountains.
